It does cost more to grow and that's why they have to charge more. By the way I loved your L post. Have you ever used the post option to schedule your posts? After you write one click on post options and then click schedule and set the time and date to schedule. After that click publish post. The post will automatically publish at the time you set. I write a few posts at a time and just schedule one for each day.
