Breakfast of Champions

Another morning with fog as thick as pea soup and a calendar jam packed with things to be done. So un-motivating... I thought thought a little chocolate might be in order with my coffee. Always coffee.

What do you do to jump start your day?

(and which color m&ms are your favorites?)

  1. Chocolate for Breakfast? Now that IS worth waking up for...

  2. Well, they do say that a colorful meal is more healthy ;-) They might have meant variety of veggies, but M&Ms will have to suffice today...

  3. Mmm, I didn't think about hot chocolate until I saw that picture of coffee. Now I think that maybe I'll make myself a cup.

  5. Oh, Pam! I remember that! Would you believe my son now has an m&m dispenser in his room - I just filled it for him yesterday - he's SOOO excited. "Study Food" he calls it ;-)

  6. Oh yes. Lots of coffee. I wake at 430am to work so I require coffee and some kind of sweet biscuit/pastry item to go along with it. Bad for the body, but oh so good for the morale. ;)

  7. I wonder if an M&M pop-tart would be any good. Maybe with fresh squeezed OJ. ;)

  8. Yum! This is sort of pathetic, but I like the brown ones. They just say chocolate to me more. It's mental. To get myself started on writing, I have this lovely rosemary mint lotion that always helps me feel motivated and awake.

  9. Definitely coffee! Very strong black espresso.

  10. Actually, taking a shower before I do anything else is the key to getting anything done. If I sit around in pjs all day, I feel lazy and highly unmotivated.
As for the M&Ms: I'll eat any color. I am not usually picky when it comes to chocolate.

  11. Okay, I don't eat chocolate for breakfast but there is almost always a stash of M&M waiting patiently for me. I am not OCD, but sometimes I separate the colors into two small plastic cups and eat the brown, blue, and green ones first, then the red, orange and yellow ones. Cheap entertainment!
